I have spent the last four decades working for a small group of influential companies in the preservation and recycling business and have gained valuable skills from each of these employers.  I moved from field work to operations then to the front office. 

 

I managed multiple Micro Surfacing crews while also being responsible for equipment management, safety, and quality control.  This prepared me for the important role of full profit and loss responsibility of a regional preservation and recycling contractor. 

 

Through the years, I gained a wealth of knowledge of pavement preservation and Micro Surfacing which has allowed me the opportunity to educate hundreds of DOT and local agency personnel on Micro Surfacing, chip seal and other preservation techniques.
